Waner Construction Company, Inc. was founded on January 19, 1996 and is Colorado owned and operated. We take great pride in our quality construction and our reputation within the industry, with a wide range of experience across retail, office, warehouse, medical, restaurants and more.
Contract formats include design-build, cost-plus-fee, guaranteed maximum price and stipulated sum. With over 1,000 projects completed and more than a billion dollars of work in place, "Do the Right Thing" remains the heart of our philosophy.
